What is Young Women's Leadership Conference?

York SIFE partners with Wellspan to bring one thousand teenage girls to York College’s campus to learn about the importance of positive self-talk. The day begins with a presentation from a professional life coach. The women of York SIFE put on a fashion show with shirts they’ve created themselves with a positive message on them. This year, the conference will take place on Tuesday, October 18th.
